Thank you for your interest in the CRAF Nonprofit Financial Stewardship & Compliance Grant, funded by Truist Bank. This grant aims to empower nonprofits in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties by providing accounting support to improve their financial infrastructure, transparency, and long-term sustainability.

Selected organizations will receive up to $4,000 to cover services such as annual 990 preparation, bookkeeping, profit & loss reports, balance sheets, reconciliations, and financial consulting. These services are designed to help nonprofits strengthen compliance, build trust with stakeholders, and position themselves for future growth and funding opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

To apply, organizations must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a current member of CRAF (apply here or below)
  • Have an administrative budget of $100,000 or less
  • Be located in the counties of Miami Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach 
  • Be registered and in good standing with the state of Florida
  • Submit all required documents with the application

Our mission is to address the critical needs of nonprofits by offering support in the following areas.

  • Supporting Accounting/Audits: Ensure accurate financial management and compliance.

Additionally, the following documents are required to be submitted along with your application for the CRAF Nonprofit Financial Stewardship & Compliance Grant:

  • Proof of 501(c)(3) status
  • List of Board of Directors
  • Impact report showing the work done since the organization was founded, including milestones achieved, communities served, and measurable outcomes that reflect its mission in action.
